Our mission is to promote the full participation in socially valued roles of transition-age youth and young adults (ages 14-30) with serious mental health conditions. We use the tools of research and knowledge translation in partnership with this at risk population to achieve this mission.

COVID19 Message: In light of the recent work from home orders, we understand that the COVID19 pandemic is creating stress and hardships on many individuals and families. Please utilize the following resources in our mission to help relieve stress and keep families safe.
Transitions to Adulthood Center for Research: Has put together a Tip Sheets and other resources to help Young Adults during the COVID19 related pandemic continue with school, learn to work from home and more. Please utilize these tools at any point.
Center for Disease Control and Prevention: Guidelines to follow to protect yourself
- Clean your hands often with warm soap and water
- Avoid close contact with others (stay six feet apart, avoid physical contact when possible)
- Stay home as much as possible, do not invite people over to your house if they do not live with you
- Cover you mouth and nose with a cloth face cover and when around others
- Cover coughs and sneezes
- Clean and disinfect services frequently
